Michael Fanelli is a Senior expert in Compensation and HR Technology with US and international experience. Mike’s background in Finance & Accounting, coupled with his 17 years’ deep experience as a highly versatile Reward, Compensation, HR Systems expert, gives him a depth and breadth of knowledge that is only surpassed by his EQ and ability to get along with just about everyone!

He lives in Pasadena, California with his wife and two college aged children, is an avid sports fan, and volunteers as the Treasurer for a not-for-profit organization.
